Once full payment and approval are received, we prepare the files for printing and laser engraving. We ship as quickly as possible (generally within 2-3 business days) so you receive your order nice and quick. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depending on the weight of the package).

Because of the nature of the customized orders, you can understand why we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Prior to printing and laser engraving your order, you have the opportunity to verify that your items are just the way you want them. Once approval has been made, all sales are final.
